1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Pill Reminder (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

2. Medical Disclaimer

NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: The App is designed to help you track medications, water intake, and pet care. The App does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or tracked in the App. Do not use this App for medical emergencies.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the medication dosages, schedules, and information you input into the App. We are not liable for any dosage errors, missed medications, or health complications resulting from the use of the App.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments ("Pill Reminder Pro")

The App offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, are owned by the developers of Pill Reminder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of Pill Reminder, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
